I've been teaching Korean privately for about 3 weeks now.
My student wants to learn Korean because she wants to study in South Korea around next year.
However, I don't really think she has the passion in learning Korean language.
She wants to just learn Korean fast but doesn't really put effort in it.
She is fast learner, but she doesn't really memorize many vocabularies.
Then one time she asked me, what if we finished learning the whole book and I still can't speak Korean.
I just answered, that's why you need to practice it everyday, not only the day we learn the language.
I figure out that when I learn Korean, I really studied really hard to "be Korean" so that I always try think and to speak what's on my mind in Korean.
Singing Kpop songs also helpful because I can read the lyric and sing along with it.
My struggle now is: how can I make my student memorize the vocab every day? -.-
